the staff was helpful. a room upgrade was offered upon arrival. the room cleanliness met my standards, important. the breakfast included many choices.

the hotel is located on a narrow street. it could feel a bit dark at night.

limited channels persistent smell

I found the room to be less satisfactory. the advertised amenities did not fully match what was available. The television, specifically, had limited channels. the breakfast selection requires improvement. there was little variation during my several-day stay. i also noticed a persistent smell i could not identify, it somewhat detracted from my overall comfort.

The staff was friendly and gave good tips regarding money exchange and souvenir shops.

The shower head had rust. The toilet seat was old, it would not stay up. I also found the noise excessive during breakfast.

I found the staff genuinely kind. They always made sure i had everything i needed. the breakfast included diverse options, and the upgrade to a better room! the new room felt spacious, and it had more natural light. the daily cleaning was thorough. Fresh towels and linens always welcomed me back after a day exploring.

The bathroom lacked hot water one morning and i had to shower in cold water. this small inconvenience did not ruin my overall stay. The team quickly addressed it.

Breakfast offered a nice variety. The food seemed fresh, and the service was attentive. the terrace had comfortable seating. This made for relaxed mornings. the unlimited tea and coffee added a warm, cute touch, perfect for any time of day.
